Eclair
Eclair is a Lightning Network client built by ACINQ that allows users to run and operate full nodes in the Scala programming language. Eclair is French for the word “Lightning”. IT can run with our without a graphical user interface (GUI). A JSON API is also available.
Eclair is capable of running LN full nodes and lets its users do the following:
- Create channels
- Close channels
- Manage channels
- Forward incoming payments
- And more.
